The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
You are never billed for this service
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Licensed, insured and nearby
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in Massachusetts, and based close enough to Leominster to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
One call fixes a bad match
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
The honest limit of all of this
